Refund & Cancellation Policy

The contribution made for room booking is utilized for the maintenance of the Bhakt Niwas. However, we understand that travel plans may change.

1. Cancellation Rules

• 15 Days or more before Check-in: 90% of booking amount refunded.
• 7 to 14 Days before Check-in: 50% of booking amount refunded.
• Less than 7 Days before Check-in: No refund. The amount will be treated as a donation.

2. Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule are subject to room availability. Please contact the office at least 7 days prior to arrival.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment within 7-10 working days.
